Come and join us, have a cuppa and get some advice around digital stuff or just a chat.
The Hub’s Conversation Café is a drop in space for anyone in the community to enjoy Whether you want to discuss your concerns or just get up to date information about what is happening locally. This space is for people to enjoy chatting to others or just to have a light bite.
We are also part of network of Online Centres which can provide access to the internet and can offer advice on how to use your mobile phone or get online safely. We can also offer support on digital equipment and help with getting the best use of online support.

Sew, Knit and Natter

Bring along your craft work and make new friends!
We meet to craft, to teach each other, to share and socialize. Currently we have a number of people who knit, crochet, stitch, make cards, make loop hook rugs, mindfulness coloring, card making and we are happy to expand beyond. Come and join us if you want to share your skills or learn new ones all whilst making new friends.
Cost is £2 per person – including tea/coffee and biscuits

Seated chair based exercise
12:30 am - 1:15 pm
The Hub Hazelwell
This exercise class is tailored for the over 50’s and can be done standing or seated. This form of exercise is use to help prevent falls by improving balance, muscle power and mental stimulation. A great way to keep active, this is an instructor lead class (please arrive 10 min early to discuss any health problems with the instructor).

Tai Chi
12:45 pm - 1:30 pm
The Hub Hazelwell
Tai Chi improves balance and co-ordination, strengthens the muscles and improves breathing functions. It is suitable for men and women. If you are attending for the first time it is important that arrive 10 mins early to discuss health issues and concerns you may have so that the instructor is aware.
This is led by an instructor and costs £3 per person.

Come along and have a FREE cuppa and something sweet. This space is an opportunity to come meet new friends and get to know your neighbours.
Every month we put on a community lunch which is offered to the community. Booking is essential

Being creative and having fun
All are welcome to come and share a safe space to have fun, meet new people and to learn new creative skills in a relaxed setting.
The session are free and refreshments are included so if you just want to have a go. Whatever your have a lot of ability or very little we would love for you to come and see us.
